Apple Sales Specialist
Job Purpose**:
In **TDSYNNEX **we are looking for an **Sales Specialist Apple.
The specialist will focus on our Apple Business and will have allocated accounts and develop a deep knowledge of portfolio products and vendors pricing.
He/she will be part of Apple operations and will provide exceptional service managing customer requests and orders, collaborating with TD SYNNEX internal structure.
**Responsibilities**:
- Contributes to **active inside selling **by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and develops short, medium and long term activities
- Manage **reporting **and **customer backorder **along specialist knowledge
- Either manages **project end-to-end **or **hands over to pre sales **for technical requirements
- **Provide, sell and negotiate product information **, pricing, special offers and promotions
- Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains **service levels agreements **with customers, contributing to solve questions and problems
- Attainment of Key Performance Indicators ( **KPI's **) such as customer engagement
- Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company **value proposition**:
- Develops **partner relationship **(including account planning, cross-selling etc. )
Provides accurate and timely quotations
**Knowledge Skills and Experience**:
- 2+ years of experience
- Passion or curiosity towards the IT selling ecosystem.
A knowledge of product set would be desirable but not essential
- Pro-activeness and motivation to learn and perform in a selling environment
- Understanding of sales processes
- Effective Communication Skills
- Good attention to details
- Priority management and planning skills
- Strive to achieve set targets
- Good relationship building
- **Fluent Italian **and **good English
