Your ChallengeAs Application Engineer with responsibilities at the Support interface as part of a global team your mission is to support our customers with new developments and at the same time maintenance of existing extension modules for our Building Management Systems.

Your main activities will be:Specifying southbound integrations and northbound applicationsAnalyzing 3rd party Interface SpecificationsApplying technical knowledge to identify the best way to meet customer expectationsSupporting customers during test phase and after the market releaseTroubleshooting and fixing technical issuesCooperating with R&D to improve product quality and capabilities, shaping the product direction based on customers' requests and their impactCoordinating external support team members to supervise progress of support requestsTaking care on technical infrastructure for new developments and tests as well as for troubleshootingTo be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:General knowledge of programming languages C#, HTML, JavascriptFamiliarity with REST APIsIT networking know-how, with a focus on troubleshootingInterest in SaaS applications and familiarity with cloud environments would be a plusFamiliarity with Desigo CC BMS would be a plusAiming to collaborate and be a team player, with strong communicational and organizational skillsPassion to never-stop growingRespect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledgeProficiency in English and ItalianEligibility to work in ItalyWhat we offerFlexibility: trustful environment with an inclusive and flexible way of working driven by results;Hybrid and remote working enabled by innovative tools and devices, personal computer and smartphone; wi-fi connection reimbursement.
