Role: Application EngineerLocation: ItalyJob type: Full-timeApply nowJob DescriptionRepresent our client to your clients both on-site and on frequent remote calls. Effectively interface with a broad range of client stakeholders including operators, process engineers, industrial engineers, Fab managers, IT, and Executives. Manage the entire project life cycle by developing and maintaining the schedule to meet project goals, defining clear deliverables, determining what expertise is required, and producing estimates of program/project requirements based on changing client needs. Work closely with other members of our client's applications engineering team, including frequent communication with the Program Manager and Commercial Manager for your sites. Work closely with our client's software development team (EMEA, US, Asia), including providing feedback on applications, communicating new feature requests, performing QA for new versions, and managing deployments. Frequent communication with the Program Manager and Key Account Manager for your sites. Develop training material, provide on-site training, and update our client's Help Site as needed. Provide support during unscheduled downtime. Travel may be required on average of 30% but will vary based on projects' status. Qualifications3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturingDiploma, Master's degree or higher in engineering or computer scienceResponsibilities commensurate with experience and educationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with industrial engineering conceptsKnowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, OracleEffective communication skills and comfortable presenting to groupsPowerPoint and presentation generation skillsSelf-starter with strong self-managementAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects at the same timeExcellent Italian and English skills, French or German would be an advantageAdditional InformationOur client offers a dynamic working environment that promotes diversity, equality, and inclusion.
