Position The candidate will operate within the HVAC market in direct contact with Carel subsidiaries, having visibility of main customers and projects in the field of HVAC applications for Direct Industrial Processes, where HVAC is needed for the service continuity, output stability and efficiency (I. e printing industry, pharmaceutical production, electronics, packaging, . . ).

The candidate will be responsible for the marketing segmentation of the Industrial Processes, identifying the most interesting ones and the most consistent with Carel Strategy, analyzing business models and defining the solutions and the necessary actions to maintain, grow or develop the business (in case of new applications), including specific promotion (specialized press, exhibitions, . . . ).

Particularly in this market, that is Mission Critical, and has many different stakeholders involved, reliability, specific application related features and adequate product guiding/selecting/sizing tools are mandatory for a successful launch of solutions:

the key is the knowledge of the final application that allows to highlight the benefits of the different products.

He will be the group market reference for the application of Carel products in a specific industrial process with a particular focus on cross selling; inhis position he implements and validates adequate guidelines, supporting documentation and training.

Main activities:

- Supports the definition of the best solutions for a certain application, with a specific focus on cross selling of different product platforms and services - provides structured feedback from the market to the Platforms developing products or specific features - develops the knowledge of the most interesting Processes and monitor new trends that might result in future solution ideas - carries out market analysis of the main Industrial Processes to identify possible new opportunities - develop specific tools to support sales in specific industrial processes (guidelines, application notes, brochures, . . . ) - supports the sales network in case of particular projects or important customers - promote Carel solutions through different media (presentations, articles, blog posts, . . ) identifying the main marketing messages for a specific Industry.

Requirements A degree in an Engineering field is not mandatory but considered as a plus; 3-5 years experience on the role Good English level proficiency; Mastery in the use of the main Office tools (particularly MS Excel); Goal orientation, good communication and negotiation skills; Availability to trave
