Preferred candidates will be skilled at identifying improvement points and designing or modifying technical solutions to improve business efficiency and efficacy.

The solution architect will be deeply involved in daily work across all business units, regularly interacting with both stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Reporting directly to the Group CIO. Main responsibilities: Design and test technical architecture (MS platform knowledge is preferrable) Connect with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify improvement areas Propose IT solutions to streamline processes and business supply chain Ensure comprehensive IT documentation Partner with teams across business functions to drive organizational efficiencyExperience and competencies: Educational Background: Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of IT topics, including modern software engineering principles, best practices, and all phases of the software development life cycle for web, client-server, and cloud-based systems.

Development Architecture: Familiarity with coding languages, operating systems, and databases, with experience working on various infrastructure platforms (Microsoft a plus).

Proven track record as an architect, project manager, or developer.

Problem-Solving Optimization: Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and a knack for finding creative solutions.

Understanding of process optimization and deployment.

Collaboration Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a willingness to work closely with various business units.

Project Time Management: Ability to organize and prioritize critical projects efficiently.

Innovation Growth: Interest in new and developing technologies, with subject matter expertise in the field of work. Molteni is the leading independent industrial Group in the high-end furniture sector with Italian-made production.
