**Posizione:**:Position

- The role will be global, as he will be in contact with all Carel subsidiaries and customers worldwide, enabling a 360° cross-cultural global-horizon approach. _

- He will be responsible for maintenance, optimisation and growth of Carel solution portfolio: finding new business models, launching new products/solutions, exploiting product cross-selling and enabling value-added services through the different stakeholders. _

**Requisiti**:

- A degree in an Engineering field is not mandatory but considered as a plus;

- 1-2 years experience on the role or similar ones.

A previous experience in HVAC company will be considered as a plus;

- Good English level proficiency;

- Mastery in the use of the main Office tools (particularly MS Excel);

- Good communication and presentation skills both internal and external;

- Goal orientation, team working oriented and negotiation skills

- Willingness to travel to collect working and personal experience and improve your professional growth
