**Responsibilities expected of the role**:

- Analyzes and responds to business IT needs expressed by internal and/or external Customer

- Gathers requirements and drafts functional analysis documents to be shared with his/her colleagues in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) team;

Actively supports Key Users in the implementation and testing phases of the developed functionalities;

- Coordinates where necessary with colleagues in the ICT team and external consultants;

- Monitors and ensures the progress of activities in accordance with the timing previously agreed with the internal and external customer;

- Carries out his/her activities in compliance with work safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08) and with safety procedures intended as protection of company assets;

- Ensures SOX Compliance on all processes under his/her responsibility.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering Management or similar faculty;

- At least 2 years' experience in logistics or transportation industries

- Ability to perform functional analysis

- Knowledge of AS400 and/or Open System and/or Oracle environments

- Excellent knowledge of the English and Italian language

- Proven Project Management skills

- Available for frequent domestic and international travel

- Problem solving skills, interpersonal skills, proactivity, organization, good computer and analysis skills.
