We are looking for an Application Support Analyst that will be involved in the current and future delivery support and maintenance of ION and LIST services.

You will play a key role in assisting customers both from a technical and functional point of view.

Your responsibilities Manage and optimize existing and new application functions;Ensure the optimal use of the application by the end-users;Monitor and control the quality of datasets on a daily basis;Be the point of contact for the end-users and handle system issues;Perform incident management;Configure and test functionalities;Support the team in defining and analyzing user requirements;Develop and maintain functional documentation;Perform user training. Your skills, experience, and qualifications Bachelor's or Master's in a financial or technical related field is preferred;Years of experience in a similar role in the fintech field;Basic knowledge of SQL language;Client-focused attitude;Team player with solid communication and presentation skills;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Ability to manage pressure;Good written and oral communication skills in English and Italian;EU Work Permit;Willingness to work shifts;Availability to work on weekends.
