We are looking for an Application Support Analyst that will be involved in the current and future delivery support and maintenance of ION and LIST services.

You will play a key role in assisting customers from both a technical and functional point of view.

Your responsibilities Manage and optimize existing and new application functions; Ensure the optimal use of the application by the end-users; Monitor and control the quality of datasets on a daily basis; Be the point of contact for the end-users and handle system issues; Perform incident management; Configure and test functionalities; Support the team in defining and analyzing user requirements; Develop and maintain functional documentation; Perform user training.

Your skills, experience, and qualifications Bachelor's or Master's in a financial or technical related field is preferred; 1. 5 years of experience in a similar role in the fintech field; Basic knowledge of SQL language; Client-focused attitude; Team player with solid communication and presentation skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to manage pressure; Good written and oral communication skills in English and Italian; EU Work Permit; Willingness to work shifts; Availability to work on weekends.
