Application Technical LeaderDXC Technology Italia is looking for a Technical Leader to join our Application Service DXC Team.

Responsibilities: Designs, develops, executes business and technical software solutions to implement portions of new or enhanced (upgrades or conversions). Understands and uses appropriate solutions/tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business and/or technical problems. Interacts with Client-facing colleagues (Business Analyst and Project Manager) to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context, and organizational strategic direction. Stays current on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies. Leads a small team, providing mentoring and guidance to less senior developers by working with them in designing solutions. Education and skills: Bachelor or Master Degree (Nice to have technical field: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, etc. )Experience and knowledge of Digital Development Services, Agile Application Development, DevOps, Cloud-based applications, and Microservices architecture and patterns. Strong technical experience writing code using languages: Java EE, Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Security, Data, Boot, . . . ), Single Page Application frameworks, Microservices, Docker, Design patterns and architecture design, and Database SQL and NoSQL. Familiarity with software development processes (Agile, Waterfall), DevOps. Ability to work with web-development tools for new applications. Basic understanding of modern software design and development methodologies. The ideal profile has strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, focus on results, decision-making skills, and the ability to work in teams.
