Through this program, you will be trained to acquire theoretical and practical knowledge, applying it in a real job alongside a team of specialists and engineers directly in the field within our logistics centers.

The Engineering and Maintenance team you will join provides a high-level service: preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and maintenance and repair activities in the building.

The team's work is essential for the site and is directly responsible for the timely delivery of products to our customers.

In compliance with Amazon's health and safety guidelines, the team is responsible for:

Installation, maintenance (preventive and corrective), and support on all site equipment and infrastructure, Knowledge of all systems (electrical, mechanical, electronic, robotic, etc. )

present on site, Welcoming and managing external suppliers visiting the site, Sharing and transmitting knowledge within the team, Maximizing the availability of equipment and infrastructure through continuous improvement and preventive maintenance, Constantly seeking better efficiency, Cost reduction, Testing and trials of all equipment for end users, Proactive inventory management: audits and checks aligned with standards and processes, including return merchandise authorization (RMA), Supporting senior engineers, Reporting all activities, their duration, and the equipment used in a central database.

Our mission, through a detailed and gradual learning plan, will support you in developing solid technical and practical skills that will be crucial for your success in the professional world: organizational skills, planning and prioritization, adaptability, problem-solving, analysis, communication (including basic English required), presentation, and teamwork.

Throughout the program, you will be accompanied by a buddy, an experienced technician who will show you the main tasks performed by the RME team during the first weeks of the program and will continue to guide you in your field training after you have learned the site's safety standards and increased your technical knowledge.

At the end of these years of apprenticeship, you will be fully trained and qualified to compete for a permanent role as a "Engineering and Maintenance Technician" within our teams and start your career.

Shift schedule: This role involves a non-traditional shift model, including nights and weekends.

This professional opportunity does not allow for smart working; available locations for the apprenticeship are in: Piemonte, Lombardia, Veneto, Emilia Romagna, Abruzzo, and Lazio.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS If you wish to apply for our apprenticeship in the RME program, you must:

Be between 18 and 29 years old, Have obtained a high school diploma from a lyceum or technical or vocational institute, preferably with a specialization in Maintenance, Mechanics, Electronics, or similar fields, Speak fluent Italian and demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and oral), Be willing to learn and take on challenges, Have a passion for maintenance and repair activities, Be familiar with MS Office, Word, Excel, Have an A2/B1 level of English, Desire to serve your customers to the best of your abilities, Team spirit, interest in collaboration, Ability to understand and follow technical instructions, Motivation and a hands-on approach, Flexibility in working hours and shifts to meet operational needs, Flexibility regarding the work location upon completion of the apprenticeship program.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance tools,

• Skills in electrical, electronic, mechanical, or mechatronic engineering,

• Experience in using heating/ventilation/AC systems, emergency drilling systems, plumbing, lighting systems, and/or compressors/pneumatic systems,

• Knowledge of another European language (Spanish, French, German, Polish, Czech, etc.

),

• Skills in programming (software or web development),

• A prior professional experience, preferably in maintenance.
