Then come and join our global team as **Apprenticeship** who will be trained in 30 months as **DIGITAL TRAINING SPECIALIST**, reporting to our Education and Training Manager - Milano

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Localize and develop training content (presentations, videos, job aids, etc. . . ) in digital format, for publication on the web-based training platform, working efficiently with various multimedia tools.

- Support in coordination of internal and external resources (including any suppliers) to ensure an efficient workflow for the creation of the different training artifacts.

- Support local teams in creating specific training materials by providing guidelines and templates.

- Support in creation and management of virtual classrooms for virtual instructor-led training sessions, using the dedicated web-based tool.

- To carry out activities of promotion and support to the clients users of the services of online training.

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- You are under 29

- Human Resources with specialization in Training / Theory and Communication Technology or similar

- Passion in developing digital content; video and streaming know-how is considered a plus

- Good experience in team-working and organizational aptitude

**Your attributes and skills**:

- Proactive approach, always looking to add value to the organization and being well trusted partner of the Management

- Good leadership and analytical skills

- Familiarity with traditional and modern (digital) training methods

- Autonomy and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationships skills

- Excellent knowledge of full Microsoft Office 365 package including traditional apps (like Word, Excel, Power Point) and new apps (like Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint)

- Advanced competence of graphic authoring and e-learning tools; knowledge on HTML language and Articulate is considered a plus

- Be curious and proactive in finding new and effective training solutions and tools.

- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
