We are looking for **Machine Tool Specialist - CNC**, in Milan/Padova within the Motion Control **BU **area who will be trained in **2 years** apprenticeship contract.

**Your Challenge**:

The Machine Tool Specialist performs technical and operational support to sales processes, remotely or on-site, for an assigned sales team and / or customer organization(s) in order to effectively support assigned sales teams and customer organizations with technical information and services needed to integrate products into customer's technical infrastructure or their products.

**Some of the main activities are**:

- Performs site surveys to develop base design or installation plans.

- Analyzes customers' technical setup in order to better judge on aspects of product and solution integration.

- Completes technical analyses.

- Performs the review of task plans, drawings and installation schematics and provides guidance in the phase of product test integration.

**Required entry qualifications**:

- You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract

- You are fresh graduate or you have a technical academical background

- ITS Diploma or Engineering Degree ;

- Proficiency in English and Italian

- Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills;

- Passion to never-stop growing

- Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge

- Eligibility to work in Italy
