This team supports Keywords subsidiaries across various countries.

The role requires a flexible approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-departmental teams, including Sales across multiple regions. This position is an urgent role. As an AR Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in the financial operations by focusing on the following areas:Global InvoicingManage customer invoicing processes for multiple international subsidiariesEnsure timely and accurate issuance of invoices in compliance with the local regulations and company policiesIntercompany BillingHandle rebilling transactions between Keywords subsidiaries to ensure proper intercompany accounting and reconciliationsCredit CollectionProactively monitor and manage accounts receivable balancesCommunicate with clients to ensure timely payment and resolve any disputes or discrepanciesMonth-end Close and ReconciliationsPerform AR related tasks during the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and completenessReconcile accounts receivable and related accounts to ensure financial accuracyCompliance and Internal ControlsAdhere to internal audit standards, including SOX compliance, to maintain financial integritySupport periodic audits by providing necessary documentation and explanationsExperience RequirementsTechnical SkillsDiploma in accounting and/or degree in economicsBetween 5 to 7 years of proven working experience in similar role, ideally in a shared service or multinational environmentProficiency in MS Excel skills and strong IT systems skillsFluent in English and ItalianExperience with Financial Tools such as Netsuite, Coretime and Salesforce will be considered an assetBehavioural SkillsOrganized and results driven: Maintains a structured approach to tasks, effectively prioritizing deadlines and delivering high-quality outcomesStrong team player: Collaborates effectively with colleagues, communicates with respect and supports others when possibleProactive: Consistently seeking opportunities to improve processes and drive successLocation:Cinisello BalsamoMetropolitan City of MilanItalyArea of Work:Finance #J-18808-Ljbffr
