WHO YOU WILL BEWe are looking for a JuniorConsultant for our newborn Milan office.

As a Junior Consultant, you will be responsible for providing support on the assigned consultancy projects, from their initial set-up up to their closure.

It will be your responsibility to produce the analyses and outputs (respecting time and quality standards) and to help managing the relation with clients and all the involved stakeholders (both internal and external).

You will report to Senior consultants / Partners, who will act as your guide and provide in-depth experience in the reference area. WHAT YOU WILL DOSupport in project managementCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation and outputs, respecting project timingSupport in managing therelations with the client and all stakeholders and cooperation with different teamsSupport in business development activitiesWHAT YOU MUST HAVEExcellent level of digital alphabetization and passionDigital background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologiesExcellent client-facing and internal communication skills, written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsStrong working knowledge of productivity tools (presentation and spreadsheet mainly) and good aesthetic senseFluency in both English and ItalianNatural predisposition to fast learningBONUS POINTS FORPrevious experience/knowledge in CRMHigh-level educational background, preferably a degree in the fields of computer science, engineering, economics or comparable fields, and a proven track of academic excellenceWork/study experience abroadCertifications (for additional languages, soft or hard skills, etc. )
