A++ is seeking for an Architect to join its team in Milano (**NEW OPENING**).

**Posizione**:

A++, a high profile architectural and interior design Company, seeks a talented and driven Architect to join our office on a variety of interesting and prestigious projects, most specifically focused on residential, hospitality and retail projects worldwide, each with a decidedly unique creative take.

Job responsibilities:

- Support Project Leaders in the creation and development of design concepts

- Develop project phases (drawings and specifications) of various architectural projects from concept design to detailed design under Project Leader guidance.

- Preparation of tender and construction documents

- Coordination of all aspects of architectural design within multi-disciplinary teams as requested

**Requisiti**:

- minimum of five years of experience in the role of Architect, with extensive creative competence

- Complete knowledge and experience in project phases: Concept Design (CD), Schematic Design (SD), Technical and Detailed Design (DD)

- Quick learner with ability to run semi-autonomously with direction

- Good knowledge and experience in materials and finishes, ability to communicate with suppliers and consultants

- Ability to develop the BOQ (Bill Of Quantities)

- Proactive personality, problem solving attitude and motivation to work in team

- Well organized, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Knowledge of BIM Process or willing to improve it (respecting the A++ BIM Standard settled)

- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD (other software related the AEC Collection are a plus), Adobe Creative Suite (in particular InDesign) and MS Office

- Excellent student and work portfolio

- Master's degree and Professional License in Architecture, Engineering, or similar (Politecnico)

- 4+ years of project experience in an architectural practice with residential and hotel experience

- English and Italian proficiency - German will be considered a plus
