We are looking for a Architect for Advanced EO Projects, who:

- Promote, propose and build-up R&D Studies and advanced Projects on enabling technologies for new imaging systems for remote sensing in MW/Optical bands

- Contribute to the definition and development of the roadmaps on advanced technologies for EO systems and payloads architectures

- Contribute to the definition of requirements and solution's architectures for EO Missions and Constellations

- Projects/Studies management and technical coordination

- Contribute to Bids/commercial opportunities and R&D Studies, proposal and technical dossier preparation for EO Missions

- Contribute to identify and capture new opportunities (e. g.

ASI, ESA, EDA, etc. )

concerning the EO radar family, also in the role of capture leader

- To support transversal co-operations amongdifferent Depts (DONI, CC-HE, CC-SE, CTO, etc. )

and external Entities for R&D Projects and Studies

- Promote and contribute to build / follow up the collaborations with External entities (University, Research Centres, etc. )

to properly support EO radar product evolution and R&D&T roadmaps in agreement with DONI directives

**Technical Skills, Qualifications and professional experience required**:

- Master Degree in Aerospace engineering, Electronic engineering, Remote Sensing engineering, Telecommunications engineering or equivalent.

- Knowledge of EO space-based observation and telecommunications systems and state-of-the-art payloads, signal/data processing techniques, simulation models and tools.

- Knowledge of applicable standards in the discipline (e. g.

ECSS, etc. )

and in the system engineering area (e. g.

requirements management, MBSE, etc.

).

- Knowledge and programming skills of simulation tools (Matlab, Simulink, etc.

).

- Good experience of projects/WPs technical coordination

- Good system engineering background.

- Good knowledge of Windows operating system.
