In this role, the intern will support our department development in both Store Planning and Construction within an international team in key daily operational tasks and actionsIn particular, you will, among other things:Collaborate with the Store Design Planning office for the updating of the store concept, editing of the Concept Book, Furniture Book and Technical Info Sheets from construction. Support process to manage the approval of construction and architect supplier, required quality and standards, control of compliance of materials and design within the concept design, shop-drawings and analysis of samples and furniture mockups;Organize and follow up approvals of alternative materials and finishes for existing store concepts;Coordinate Minor Projects as well as Special Projects for the Global Construction department, working closely with the main internal stakeholders such as Trade Marketing and Global Retail departments;Support to Create reporting and presentations on on various strategic topics within Real Estate;Support to the Global Construction Manager for capex and opex analysis, roll out document editing, average costs tracking. What you will need to succeedArchitecture background;Fluent in English;Good knowledge on Excel and Power Point;Good learning progress or knowledge of Revit, Rhino/Sketchup and visualisation software such as Lumion, V-Ray and 3D Studio Max;Ability to use Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, AutoCad (2D + 3D).
