Design International is seeking for a talented and dynamic Architect to join full-time its working group in our London office/Milan office as a consultant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work as part of the design team from concept development through to completion.

- Prepare project design work including drawings, plans, images, reports, and presentations.

- Collaborate with other team members and sub-contractors to produce design work and revisions according to the client brief on time and on budget

- Support the Studio or project Team Leader during project presentations to the Design Review Board

- Ensure that project documentation is archived correctly

Required kills/competencies:

- Revit fluency is a must, with at least 2 years live experience on the software

- Strong mixed-use, retail, commercial and office background.

- Able to work independently to high standard and contribute highs levels of performance in the coordination of project teams

- Strong cross-cultural experience - able to operate effectively in a culturally diverse environment

- Ability to sketch and communicate ideas/project brief clearly and quickly

- Excellent design and communication skills, confident to communicate at all levels of the organization and in a culturally diverse environment.

- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Required qualifications:

- Degree in architecture.

- Demonstrate with at least 2 years holding similar roles within an architectural or multi-disciplinary practice and having dealt with clients and consultants/contractor at some point in your career

- Fluent in written and spoken English
