We are currently recruiting for ARCHITECTURAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to be part of our expanding team based in Chieti (Abruzzo - ITALY) and Zurigo (SWITZERLAND)

Skills and experience required:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (grammar and literacy).

Ability to work with initiative and self-sufficiency supporting senior colleagues

Excellent prioritisation skills and ability to manage expectations, conflicting deadlines etc.

Good knowledge of the Microsoft suite and InDesign, able to type fast and accurately to produce consistent and accurate documentation in standard formats.

High levels of discretion and confidentiality.

Interest in architecture and design

Fluency in English is important, and knowledge of German would be an added advantage, but not compulsory

Previous experience of working in an architectural practice and familiarity with project management and construction, is preferable

**Role and responsibilities**:

Working closely to the Design Group Manager and the Supervisors, you will be responsible for the project's documents coordination and administration

Supporting the team with file management by archiving and file publishing

Creating and formatting documents and reports in InDesign

Proof reading letters and documents.

Documents control

Managing social media contents

Finding architectural and interior design competitions to be proposed to the Design Group Manager

Salary will be dependent on experience.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno
