Position Overview We are looking for a highly reliable, hard-working Architectural Project Manager Intern, who wants to show skills and knowledge acquired at university and brings them into the real world.

You will be working closely with the architecture team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.

You will contribute to executing architecture-related tasks as well as setting goals, planning, giving directions and coordinating the Architecture Department as team leader.

The internship is on-site and starts from January/February 2025.

Requirements Responsibilities • Oversight of the project team • Work on multiple projects • Participation in the design process • Prepare reports and presentations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements  • Assist the company in improving and optimising the efficiency of the properties as well as materials to be used.   • Development of schematic design, design development, and construction documents • Measurement of properties • Give ideas and feedback related to interior design • Review architectural drawings for local code compliance  • Monitor the progress of all construction phases • Build and maintain client and team members relations Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience • Strong communication and design skills • Solid organizational and leadership skills • Detail-oriented multitasker • Fluent in English • Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM360 • Flexibility and Adaptability Benefits What we offer • Opportunity to live on a beautiful Italian island • Place for your creative spirit • Implementation of your digital and organisational skills • Knowledge of management online business tools  • Being part of a high-quality brand • Additional experience in your field • Learn in a challenging and friendly work environment • Opportunity to learn about managing your own team As financial compensation, we participate in the Erasmus internship program.
