We create impact. Directly reporting to the Sales Manager in charge of tier 2 & 3 Italian customers, your overall goal will be to extend the company's customer base in your area (North Italy). You will be directly accountable for the entire sales cycle, and your main duties will include: Sell all VusionGroup products portfolio by prospecting new clients or developing existing ones (independent retailers and regional retail chains) Monitor indirect sales through partners Maintain good relationships with local decision-makers and lobbying Work closely with the Sales Manager to implement the sales strategies and referencing agreements negotiated with major independent national or international retailers Ensure a close follow-up of clients once the sale is completed in collaboration with internal departments (Sales administration, etc. ) Update regularly the CRM (Salesforce) tools with opportunities Participate in events or trade shows on your perimeter Qualifications We are looking for candidates possessing extensive experience (3-5 years) in the sales of technical digital products, including SaaS, IoT devices, and services. You should be well-versed in the retail sector, with exceptional relationship-building skills that span from store-level interactions to engagements with C-level executives. You excel in identifying and articulating the value of solutions to individual customers, effectively converting these insights into increased sales. Driven by a passion for sales and a commitment to success, you should be highly results-oriented. Your tenacity, organizational skills, and ability to work autonomously are widely recognized. Work Environment This role involves 80% of your time dedicated to traveling for customer meetings in North Italy. Additional Information We innovate. We help communities thrive.
