We are seeking a highly motivated Area Business Controllerto join the Europe Finance team and the best Business partner to support the profitable growth of our Service Business Line in Europe.

Preferably this position is based in Paris, France or in other major KONE offices in Europe. Main responsibilities:Analyze results and forecasts for Business Line management and working together with the Europe Service team to define, implement and follow up action plans in the countries. Acting as a key contributor in defining the long-term strategy and the budget targets always aiming to improve the Business Line profitability. Ensuring KONE Group's predefined processes are followed, all financial statements are accurate and produced in compliance with Group policies. Building a strong network within Europe but also with other Areas and Global functions to ensure best practices are implemented in all Europe countries. Responsible to building a strong Service Business Controlling community in Europe taking Business partnering to the next level. This role reports to the SVP Finance, Europe and act as a Business partner for key Business leaders in Europe organization.

In this role you will be able to deepen your understanding of all KONE Business lines and actively contribute to KONE success in Europe. Requirements for the position:Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance or relevant fieldAt least 8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a finance function of a country/area organizationGood knowledge of SAP, BW/CPM/Qliksense, PowerBI and Beacon/SAP BPCStrong analytical skills and ability to work under pressureSolution-focused with ability to seeing the whole picture, but also keen to dive into details as neededGreat Collaboration skills, and keen interest to work with Business leadersFull English professional proficiency.
