To further support this growth and ensure sustainability in serving and supporting Chinese customers Velp decided to set-up its own company in China, located in Shanghai.

**Area Manager**:

We are looking for an Area Manager who reports directly to the Executive Director.

Job Duties

Promote sales to develop the Greater China market

Motivate and support our dealers to promote VELP products during presales.

Work closely with them to understand their goals and effectively link product features and benefits to the customer's needs

Post sales support to end user, to enhance customer satisfaction

In depth knowledge of the local market, the industry network and competitors

Organization of and participation in trade shows, visits and events in order to maximize the Company's presence on the market

Manage sales training sessions for dealers and end user

The personal skills and qualifications required for job

Scientific Master degree or good experience (3/5 years) in relative markets; such as Food, Biotech, Chemicals, Water treatment

Good knowledge of English

Collaboration with the China Executive Director for shared the goals and for the optimization of daily activities

Actively use CRM system to ensure transparency and total customer management

Willingness to travel to establish/maintain a presence with customers and enhance relationship opportunities

Brilliant and positive attitude both towards customers and colleagues in our HQ in Italy

Good problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills

Person resident in Shanghai.

The workplace in Shanghai Room 329, building 28, lane 1333, xinlong road, minhang district.

The compensation package will be in line with comparable roles in the analytica industry market.
