**Job Description**:
Reporting directly to the Head of Aesthetics Business, we are looking for an Area Manager for our Aesthetics division in the North of Italy.
This person will be managing a team of 11 Direct Sales Representatives and will work together with them in the strategic growth of Galderma.
by coaching the account team.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and manage all the activities of the Account Managers to ensure the achievement of the sales objectives, maximising existing products performance and launches of aesthetics portfolio. - Define with Head of Business the split by territory of sales and distribution objectives, ensuring development and implementation of proper action plans, on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. - Ensure proper execution and implementation of commercial policies the agreed policy with the Head of Business. - Provide accurate sales forecasts and constantly monitor area/ performance versus target and to propose necessary actions to ensure objective achievement. - Work in a daily basis to build mutual long-term satisfaction between Galderma and the customers. - Manage a team of 11 Account Managers (Direct Sales representatives), supporting and developing their performance and professional skills and behaviour, ensuring coaching and active participation in the business. - Make sure that training events organised in the territory are successful and profitable by helping the Professional Education Team in the implementation of the activities accordingly to budget and strategic/tactical target. - Interact with MSLs both on defining priorities for the territory and supporting in the organisation of medical events with the proactive invitation of HCPs when asked. - Participate in all national congresses and at international ones when required and according to planning. - Act accordingly to National laws (including Law 231 and D. lgs 81/08) Galderma Code of Ethics, Pharma Industry Laws (including Farmindustria Code.
Minimum Requirements- University Degree with a Scientific and Economic background- Strong background in Pharma/Medical Device Business in Italy- Knowledge of the Aesthetic/dermatology business- Strong background in Sales B2B in the region- People Management effective experience- Communication and organizational skills- Strong analytical skills
