About the role Experienced professional in Distribution Channel Management and the direct channel. Participates in various distribution channel (direct and indirect) management activities and customer/agencies relationship management.

Responsible for representing the company's interests and building business relationships to enhance direct and indirect distribution channels management performance.

Key Responsibilities: As an Area Manager, you'll be responsible for:

Proactively identifying prospects for distribution and channel management teams and developing professional relationships to understand customer needs and suggest products and/or services that meet those needs. Conducting business development activities for distribution and channel management teams within defined customer segments to support the business strategy. Identifying bid opportunities, participating in the preparation of bid responses, and negotiating with potential customers. Developing new customer contact leads for the sales business development team. Proactively supporting and developing prospective projects with assigned customers and presenting to the sales business development team. Developing personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities. Attending trade shows, presenting new products to increase the visibility of the organization, and preparing workshops for assigned customers. Requirements We are looking for people who, as a minimum, must have:

A high school diploma or equivalent. Advanced knowledge obtained through proven work experience in the HVAC sector or similar. Practical to substantial knowledge of organization, programs, or systems of structured companies with the ability to make enhancements and leverage them in daily work. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with colleagues as a team player. Ability to use main IT tools. Availability for weekly travel. A valid driving license (type B). A minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience in the HVAC sector or similar.
