For a prestigious italian family company, leader in the plastic industry, we are looking for an International Sales Area Manager

- Principali responsabilitàThe International Sales Area Manager (AM) is responsible for the designated territories in terms of sales and commercial activities and the coordination of the local agents; working with the Product Manager of the BU for the preparation of the budget, the business plan and the identification of the SWOTs of the areas including the sales strategies and profit targets.

Regular business trips are required for visiting customers and attendance at the major international and domestic local trade fairs of the Plastic Industry.

The AM reports to the Product Manager of the BU and the Sales Director.

In order to achieve the set business objectives in terms of sales volume and profit, the AM requires exceptional commercial skills, a strong work ethic and attitude to work with initiative

- negotiation ability thus experience in working with and influencing people

- team working with enterprising and problem-solving approach

- flexibility for networking with top managers from different cultures

- excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Principali caratteristiche richiesteA technical background preferably from an engineering company is desirable

Languages (professional business level): English is mandatory, while the ability to speak a second language such as Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, etc.
