FUNCTIONS**:

the position will manage the sales, marketing and dealer activities of company products through educational and medical equipment dealers.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

- meet or exceed the sales and profits goals for all dealer types in the territory

- formulate sales and account strategies and plans;

- conduct dealer training sessions and sales meetings to ensure that dealers are well prepared to actively market and sell products:

- visit dealers regularly to promote and sell products;

- recommend changes in dealer appointments and terminations;

- submit weekly and monthly activity reports including sales calls and expense reports;

- controls expenses within established budget;

- interface with key dealer contacts and provides actionable feed back to headquarters;

- develop and administers approved pricing strategies;

- identify market and product opportunities;

- provide competitor analysis and market trend information.
