Our client company is one of the leading companies in the equipment sporting goods industry with a premium own brand and top-tier R&D and production capabilities.

To support and foster their solid growth strategy for the next years, we are selecting an Area Sales Manager Aftermarket who will be reporting to the EMEA Director.

**Il tuo nuovo ruolo

As sales manager Central Europe, he/she is responsible for all commercial aftermarket activities on that area.

A close collaboration is required between the various departments to ensure a smooth cooperation between supplier and customer.

Among the key responsibilities you will have to: manage and maintain an effective aftermarket distribution network, design and implement a strategic business plan that expands our customer base and ensure a strong presence in the market.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts, perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.

**Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo

We are looking for a person with proven sales results of at least 3 years (within the bicycle industry is an advantage), a good entrepreneurship attitude whilst capable to work in team, facilitating internal communication and information flow, together with ambition to grow responsibility in the medium term will be key factors.

Good analytic skills, capable to produce analytic reports and presentations, used to work by numbers.

Workplace: Lombardy North Est (available to travel internationally up to 50%-70%)

Languages: Proficient English (German is nice to have)
