Space Work is recruiting an AREA MANAGER FOR GERMAN MARKETS for an Italian leading company that holds a leading position in the design and manufacturing of premium faucets, fittings, and valves.

Each requested product is thoroughly studied together with clients, starting from the design phase through feasibility verification, with meticulous attention paid to product excellence.

**Posizione**:

The new team member will work in sales, focusing on the German market.

They'll identify and explore sales opportunities to build new businesses.

They will be responsible for creating, training, and supporting a team of agents; additionally, they will interact with distributors and business partners to negotiate contracts, manage commercial relationships, and ensure proper product distribution, continuously monitoring sales performance.

This role doesn't need constant office presence.

About 80% of the time, they'll travel for work in Germany.

**Requisiti**:

You are the person we are looking for if you:

- Have at least 3-5 years of previous experience in the role

- Speak German and Italian

- Enjoy working towards objectives and interacting with people
