Job Description : The specific responsibilities of the position holder will be (though not restricted to) the following: Onboarding new Key Accounts of trade Agents, Interior Designers & Architects through regular meetings and field visits.

Generating sales leads from existing Key Accounts through regular follow-up.

Create a strong pipeline of sales orders through effective management of opportunities at different stages of the sales cycle Remain updated about the latest trends in the market through competition mapping.

Professional Qualifications: 8+ years of management/supervisory experience in sales vertical with proficiency in Italian & English.

Experience in selling products in projects through architects & interior designers.

Demonstrated experience in understanding the Architectural & Design Projects & requirements from the Interior Designers & Architects (IDA).

Leadership experience in a Luxury Interior Brand, specifically furniture, Lighting, and similar products.

Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis
