Job DescriptionArea Manager Sell Out - Central ItalyAbout the PositionKraft Heinz seeks a passionate and driven Sell Out Area Manager – Central Italy to champion our iconic brands and drive results!
The role is based in Central Italy, reports into the Head of Trade activation and Sellout and leads a team of 10 people. Driving the sell-out execution for our iconic brands, ensuring products fly off the shelves and exceeding sales goals will be your primary responsibility.
You'll play a crucial role in speeding the development and implementation of the Perfect Store program, ensuring flawless brand representation and product visibility across your territory. In brief, you'll take ownership ofLeading and empowering a team of In store key accounts by setting challenging targets and providing skill development, coaching, and guidanceDefining execution priorities according to the overall sell-out strategy for the GDO channel and in line with company goalsDeveloping and coordinating the training process for the whole teamEstablishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for the area assignedBuilding and maintaining trust-based relationships with key decision-makers inside the point of sales and secure local commercial agreements through effective negotiationsLeveraging on sales and market data to drive insights and make recommendationsEnsuring adherence to assigned budget and targets while fostering a results-oriented and collaborative environmentBuilding a strong relationship with sell in, category and trade marketing team to enhance cross functional communications and collaborationsQualificationsMust havesPlease kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position. University Degree in a relevant field, such as Management, Economics, Trade Marketing or a related discipline5+ years of meaningful commercial background within the GDO channelA track record of success in managing GDO customers is a strong plusFluent proficiency in Italian and EnglishA proven ability to lead a team is key for success in the positionAdvanced Excel and Power Point skills will be considered a plusStrong analytical approachAvailability to travel in Lombardia, Emilia Romagna, Liguria, Toscana, Marche, Umbria, LazioProfessional AttributesResult driven - You don't only focus on your own results, but always do what's best for the company.
