**Area Sales Manager - UK Market
**Location: ideally London but flexibel, as long as in the UK
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the UK market to achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Manage and develop an existing customer portfolio, as well as identify and acquire new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and production, to ensure effective communication and efficient resource management.
- Monitor the market and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and remain competitive in the sector.
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of experience in the ceramic sector, preferably in sales or customer management roles.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and negotiation abilities.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work autonomously.
- Flexibility to travel within the UK for customer meetings and participation in industry fairs and events (50% of the time).
- Residence near London (flexibel)
