**This position reports to**:
Sales Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**:
- and long-term objectives, and creating the division's sales plans by area, in coordination with the Italian sales manager - Developing, managing and participating in direct and proactive sales activities of industrial automation components and solutions, identifying new business opportunities and liaising directly with customers - Managing and supervising the work team (25 people) consisting of technicians, salespeople and back office, ensuring the achievement of company objectives by monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers of existing and potential customers.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive working environment, fostering collaboration and professional development of the team, ensuring integrity and adherence to the group's values in all its activities - Supporting in budgeting and monitoring the office's operational costs.
- Supervising of administrative and logístical practices related to the operation of the office.
**Qualifications for the role**:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in management roles in companies in the industrial automation sector or sales of components for automatic machines.
- Proven experience in managing teams composed of technical and commercial personnel.
- Possess solid sales skills (minimum 5 years' experience), and excellent knowledge of the market for automatic machine components.
- You have planning and problem-solving skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have a strong orientation towards results and business growth.
- Advanced use of the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and preferably experience with ERP management software.
- You are at ease communicating in Italian and English language, both written and spoken.
