Sales Line, headhunting & recruiting company, is selecting an Area Sales Manager for Italy and abroad for an innovative leader in the die-casting sector.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Our client is a reference point for cutting-edge solutions in the die-casting sector, dealing with the distribution of technologically advanced systems for foundries specialized in processing light alloys.
JOB ROLEWe are looking for an Area Sales Manager for Italy and abroad, who will be responsible for business development in the Italian market, with a particular focus on creating and consolidating relationships with clients, and managing the distributor network in foreign markets.
WHAT WILL THE AREA SALES MANAGER DO? Promote and sell the portfolio of systems and products to clients in the Italian market;Manage the entire sales process, from negotiation to order closure;Coordinate the network of foreign distributors (Europe, Mexico, Turkey, India) for a specific product line;Build and consolidate strong, lasting relationships with clients and distributors, fostering long-term collaboration;Develop commercial strategies and collaborate with the team to strengthen the presence of products in national and international markets;Prepare periodic reports to monitor results and identify new opportunities. IDEAL CANDIDATEAt least 3 years of experience in a commercial role in the foundry sector, preferably with a focus on die-casting systems;Technical background, with solid expertise in the sector;Good command of the English language (knowledge of Spanish will be considered a plus);Strong communication and negotiation skills, result-oriented and proactive;Ability to deliver technical-commercial presentations at conferences, fairs, and events, both in Italy and abroad;Knowledge of the Office Suite;Willingness to travel frequently in Italy and occasionally abroad.
