Our client is a leading paper manufacturer specializing in premium graphic paper and book printing paper, committed to delivering sustainable and innovative solutions for customers. Who are we looking for? We are looking for an Area Sales Manager - Italy who will work to expand the market within the territory. Must have? Solid sales experience within the paper industry and knowledge of its players, English proficiency, great negotiation and communication skills. In this role, you are responsible for:Driving all sales activities in Italy and representing the company as the local point of contact and problem-solver;Expanding the existing customer base and increasing market penetration by acquiring new customers, with a focus on volume business, while remaining open to customer-specific orders;Evaluating the expectations and requirements of both existing and target customers and developing suitable, competitive solutions;Negotiating deals at various hierarchical levels with a respectful and results-oriented approach;The Ideal Candidate has:Educational background in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable qualification;Several years of B2B sales experience within the paper industry, ideally with customers in publishing, with a proven track record of growth performances;Sound technical understanding of the industry, products and players;Strong negotiation skills and an empathetic sales personality with the ability to adapt to a diverse network of business partners;Business proficiency in written and spoken Italian and English (B2+).
