Our client is a leading paper manufacturer specialising in premium graphic paper and book printing paper, committed to deliver sustainable and innovative solutions for customers. Who are we looking for? ? We are looking for an Area Sales Manager - Italy who will work to expand the market within the territory. ? ? Must have? ? Solid sales experience within the paper industry and knowledge of its players, English proficiency, great negotiation and communications skills. Want to know more? ? ? In this role, you are responsible for: Driving all sales activities in Italy and representing the company as the local point of contact and problem-solver;Expanding the existing customer base and increasing market penetration by acquiring new customers, with a focus on volume business, while remaining open to customer-specific orders;Evaluating the expectations and requirements of both existing and target customers and developing suitable, competitive solutions;Negotiating deals at various hierarchical levels with a respectful and results-oriented approach;The Ideal Candidate has: Educational background in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable qualification; Several years of B2B sales experience within the paper industry, ideally with customers in publishing, with a proven track record of growth performances; Sound technical understanding of the industry, products and players; Strong negotiation skills and an empathetic sales personality with the ability to adapt to a diverse network of business partners; Business proficiency in written and spoken Italian and English (B2+).
