Area Sales Manager Italy
Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Southern Italy Position Overview:
The Area Sales Manager for Southern Italy will be responsible for managing and expanding business activities within their designated region, covering Lazio, Umbria, Marche, Abruzzo, Molise, Campania, Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia. This role involves building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and promoting products and services in line with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the existing customer portfolio across Southern Italy. Identify and develop new client opportunities, following strategic guidelines. Conduct market research, including monitoring OEMs and competitor filter brands. Collaborate with machinery manufacturers to drive growth in the original equipment market. 2. Marketing & Promotion Activities
Represent the organization at industry trade shows and events within the region. Actively promote products and services to clients and prospects to increase brand visibility and engagement. 3. Compliance with Company Standards
Utilize tools and resources provided by management to support business operations. Regularly update CRM and IT systems to ensure accurate client and market data tracking. Reporting Structure:

Profile Requirements:
Background in technical sales or spare parts commerce, ideally in sectors like Construction, Agricultural, Mining, or Marine Equipment. Fluent in French or English (spoken and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Dynamics, Outlook, and Teams. Strong ability to work independently with effective time management. Core Competencies:
