**Area Sales Manager (M/F/d) for Croatia

**Your responsibilities**:

- Become responsible for strategic planning and implementation of all sales activities in your sales area

- Support, coordinate and expand systematically our dealer network and continue the development of business

- Promote collaboration and networks and actively organise individual demonstrations, field days, trade fairs and sales promotion activities

- Recognise market and innovation trends under direct cooperation with Marketing, Product Management and R&D at our headquarters in Germany

**Your skills and qualifications**:

- Successful completion of an economic, engineering or agricultural science degree or similar training

- Several years of experience in a sales position in agricultural engineering or in another sector of the agricultural business

- Good technical understanding as well as a high level of communication and inter-cultural skills, commitment and ability to work in a team

- Good German and/or English language skills

- Experienced with Social-Media-Tools, MS Office and comfortable with new technology

- Being ready to travel intensively
