Key Responsibilities:Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager you will be part of the Sales Department and will be responsible to keep relationships with current and potential customers to finalize sales contracts.

The role will join the Company in order to develop the business of Converting and Packaging Machinery. Share and update new market needs with Marketing Office and Product ManagementBuild and maintain a strong relationship with existing and potential customers in the reference area in order to conclude contracts for the sale of the productBuild and maintain a relationship with distributors and agentsIdentify market growth opportunities within the assigned area. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimizationStay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities and market developments. Make an offer from the customer's inputs/needsVerify the completeness of the offer with respect to the customizations of the order requested by the customerScouting new customersConduct negotiationsVisit customersTake part in trade fairsTo succeed in this role you should haveDegree in Engineering or Economy/Business Administration Excellent sales record and proven experience in the world of Industrial AutomationFluent spoken and written both English and Italian, plus another languageProficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM; knowledge of SAP is desiredStrong numerical, financial and analytical abilitiesAble to balance budgetsAvailable to travel all the time requestedExcellent communication and strong interpersonal skillsProblem solving skillsGoal-oriented and customer focusAble to work under pressureTeam workingWhat we offerBe a part of dynamic and international teamEnjoy career growth and development opportunities in a global company.
