Area Sales Manager - South(A185755)
Responsiblities:Developing and sustaining solid relationships with operator key accounts that bring in the most income for the company;Addressing and resolving operator key accounts' needs and complaints;Acting as the main point of contact between operator key accounts and internal teams;Communicating and collaborating on a daily basis with the marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure smooth flow of all processes and business on going;Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders;Developing a thorough understanding of operator key accounts' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions;Negotiating contracts with operator key accounts and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each account's long-term goals. Requirements:Operate within or in direct proximity of the Nielsen Area 2 (Trentino-Alto Adige, Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia e Emilia-Romagna);Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field;Proven experience in operator key account management, consumer electronics background both in New -Technologies and Small Domestic Appliance would be great asset;Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software;The ability to handle multiple client accounts;Strong negotiation and leadership skills;Exceptional customer service skills;Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
