Your Challenge Do you like understanding the end customers and partner needs and help them along the way to success? If you feel at ease building long-lasting partnerships with customers and like collaborating in a fast-paced team we have an exciting opportunity for you within our Siemens Buildings Team. Some of the main activities will be: Ensure effective coverage of customers or the territory assigned in line with company strategies. Identify, acquire, and manage new end customers, but also consolidate the relationship with existing customers, ensuring that solutions are implemented successfully. Plan and ensure sales volumes: Provides information for forecasting and planning via the CRM system. Focus: Recognize and analyze customer needs and specific market conditions to formulate targeted solutions and guide the decision-making process. Management of the complete sales cycle: From lead generation, to offer creation, to final negotiation and closing of the sale. Furthermore, manage post-sale follow-ups, ensuring customer satisfaction. Interpersonal and communication skills: Ability to deal with different company figures, such as technical teams, managers, and decision-makers, maintaining fluid and effective communication to adapt solutions to the needs of each collaborator. Management of relationships with collaborators: Ability to interact with all company levels, from decision-makers to technicians, managing expectations proactively. Problem-solving and adaptability: Knowledge of how to face complex situations, modify solutions along the way, and resolve difficulties that may arise during the sales process. Goal Orientation: The ability to work under pressure to achieve sales goals while maintaining high-quality relationship and solution management. To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have: Technical Diploma or Degree as a plus in Mechanical or Automation or Electrical/Electronics Engineering. Knowledge of BMS/HVAC business and related. Handled Sales Policy in terms of Pricing, Discount, General Terms & Conditions in the specific market. Orientation towards achieving targets and customer orientation; Building networks competence. Passion to never-stop growing - commitment to improvement. Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge. Proficiency in English and Italian. Eligibility to work in Italy and availability to frequent business trips.
