**AREA VISUAL MERCHANDISER RETAIL EUROPE NORTH ITALY & FRANCE**:
- Assago, Italy**YOUR MISSION**:
We are looking for an experienced Area Visual Merchandiser with a commercial mindset and creative ideas that can coach, inspire and elevate the PUMA standards across your region of responsibility.
As an Area Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for the VM strategy across your regional stores.
You will work closely with the store managers responsible for our windows and in-store executions.
In addition, you will train the in-store Visual Merchandisers and sales staff.
Reporting to the Teamhead of Visual Merchandiser in Europe, working with a head office and field team, you will be the main liaison between the stores and HO.
- Working across three store concepts, you will be elevating the Visual presentation of all the stores within your region.
- Building strong working partnerships with store teams to ensure guidelines are executed correctly and work with store teams to train them in best practices.
- Optimizing the selling space by correctly using tools for analyzing KPIs.
- Analyze stock levels distribution and performance indicators to take product placement decisions accordingly.
- Identify opportunities within your region and develop, improve and maximize sales through your Visual standards.
**YOUR TALENT**:
- Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: Visual Merchandising/ Interior Design/ commercial design.
- 5+ years of experience in Retail environment & visual merchandising, preferably in the fashion or sportswear industry.
- Experience in training and leading teams of retail & visual merchandisers.
- Strong Visual Merchandising skills and understanding of VM principles and trends.
- Solutions focused, results-driven, highly organised and adaptable
- Ability to analyse and understand KPIs and what it takes to archive them.
- Valid driver´s license (non-negotiable).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams from different countries around Europe.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Other language skills are a plus.
- Ability to travel 80% of the time.
