Ariston Group: Corporate Communication Manager

The Group holds a commercial presence in over 150 Countries worldwide and develops a turnover of 1, 66 billion euros. The Group generates 89% of its turnover abroad. In your role, reporting to the Group Director Strategy & Business Development, you will be in charge of driving Ariston Group's corporate communication and strategy, ensuring a coherent Corporate brand marketing strategy and agenda, designing and updating an adequate editorial plan (including both corporate as well as commercial topics), managing the yearly communication commitments (e. G. , Annual Report, Sustainability Report, Top management agenda), having a direct and continuous relationship with both Ariston Group's top management and the Group's main markets.
The team reports directly to Ariston Group's Chief Strategy Officer. Main responsibilities includeCorporate Communication agenda - Orchestrate (and update, when applicable) the Group corporate communication agenda in conjunction with Ariston Group's Vision, Mission, industrial strategy, Corporate Values and ESG strategyEditorial Plan - Develop a 12 months' editorial plan, ensuring the right balance and reinforcement between Corporate topics and affairs, and brands-specific topics and affairs.
You hold a Master's Degree with 5-8 years of solid previous experiences in companies and/or agencies involved in corporate brand marketing, communications and public relations.
Previous work experience in the context of a listed company is a plus.
Your written and oral communication skills, written and oral, are excellent (on both English and Italian).
You might have a second foreign language (e. G.
German, Spanish, French).
Good knowledge of MS Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required.
