Develop creative concepts for communication campaigns, branding, and digital marketing. Build strategic thinking to create innovative ideas. Apply critical thinking to guide product or project storytelling. Collaborate with copywriters, designers, photographers, and developers to bring ideas to life. Demonstrate exceptional design aesthetic and attention to detail. Manage project priorities and resources efficiently. Interpret marketing results and insights to optimize creative team performance. Have experience in video and photography production. Support junior creatives with constructive feedback to improve projects. Maintain a proactive and collaborative attitude within multidisciplinary teams. Maintain open dialogue with clients to translate their objectives into effective visual solutions. Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Art Director in a communication or advertising agency. Portfolio showcasing strong creative and project management skills. Knowledge of current design and digital marketing trends. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Fluent in English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
