Art Director & Design Team Leader Role in IT services and consulting sector. As Art Director, you will lead a 5-6 member design team with diverse skills and attitudes. You will be responsible for:

Defining the artistic direction Supervising the creative process Assigning tasks Mentoring Managing the workflow and deadlines You will contribute to the development of the creative line for digital communication projects, supervising UX and UI. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, guiding the team towards the creation of various creative outputs. You will participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions with internal staff, including project managers, strategists, copywriters, and other stakeholders. A portfolio of work is required.

Required Qualities: At least 5 years of experience as Art Director Exceptional leadership and resource management skills Knowledge of main creative and digital design software Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Proven experience in managing creative strategy in omnichannel contexts Ability to come up with innovative and out-of-the-box ideas Nice to Have: Experience in integrated communication agencies and knowledge of the sector Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of main work and team management tools Experience in international work contexts
