We are looking for an AI Specialist Consultant with experience in team management to join one of the largest and most important Banking Corporates for a one-year project.

The position requires relocation to Luxembourg for the entire duration of the assignment.

Note: We are urgently looking for this role, which means that if you apply, you should be available to start within a few days.

Beyond job titles, we are looking for a Middle-level professional passionate about new technologies and artificial intelligence to help us and our client develop products and services that create value for both people and organizations.

Who are you?

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent, or relevant professional experience.

Solid experience in developing AI solutions, with a particular focus on Power Automate, Power Platform, and integration with Copilot.

Deep understanding of business process automation principles using Microsoft solutions.

Experience with generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning.

Knowledge of additional Microsoft or integration technologies (Power BI, SharePoint, Teams ).

Microsoft certifications (e. g. , Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate ).

Experience in managing complex projects and overseeing junior team members, supporting their professional growth.

Excellent knowledge of cloud architectures and Microsoft Azure solutions.

Strong communication skills, especially in translating technical needs into clear solutions for non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work in teams and manage client relationships in a consulting environment.

You can speak fluent Italian and English.

French is a nice-to-have.

What you will be doing: Develop and implement advanced AI solutions , with a special focus on Power Automate and Copilot integration , to optimize and automate business processes.

Collaborate with technical teams to design automated workflows and intelligent solutions tailored to client needs.

Support the integration of AI within Microsoft platforms and the enterprise ecosystem (Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure).

Provide specialized technical consulting in the implementation and integration of AI solutions in business environments.

Manage a team of junior professionals , offering mentorship and supervision on assigned projects.

Produce high-quality technical documentation and train clients on how to use the developed solutions.

Work closely with management to define best practices, development standards, and scalable solutions.
