**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a business role in the enterprise software, cloud space, or Artificial Intelligence (AI) space.
- Experience in business development, business, or account management, motivating customer adoption of solutions and delivering business growth in Artificial Intelligence (AI) or related technology fields.
- Experience in partnering with technical staff to build business cases and implementation plans.
- Experience in identifying and motivating use cases to solve customer issues.
- Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently in order to interact in this customer-facing business role.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience working with managing partners in implementation projects, including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
- Experience in promoting the Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology stack.
- Experience with Google Cloud and Google Cloud Artificial Intelligence (AI) offerings.
- Experience working with product teams, with an understanding of how to embed technology into the product set.
- Ability to connect Artificial Intelligence/Machine learning (AI/ML) with business value and engage with executive stakeholders.
- Ability to motivate business growth across a set of industry-specific Artificial Intelligence/Machine learning (AI/ML) use cases.

In this role, you will grow our Artificial Intelligence (AI) business by building and expanding relationships with new and existing customers.
You will develop relationships with external customer stakeholders, identifying ways to multiply the impact of the team.
You will partner with internal Google Cloud Platform (GCP) business teams to grow their AI businesses and motivate value for Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

**Responsibilities**:
- Calibrate the business against objectives and results.
Forecast and report the state of the business for the territory.
- Build and maintain executive relationships with customers as the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Subject Matter Expert, influence long-term direction for new and existing customers as well as the Google Cloud Field Business Representatives and Customer Engineers (CEs).
- Assist customers in identifying Artificial Intelligence (AI) use cases suitable for Google Cloud AI products and solutions.
Articulate solution differentiators and the business impact.
- Develop and execute account plans, including a enterprise plan across key verticals.
- Work with Google Account and Technical teams to develop and motivate pipelines, and provide expertise.
Execute Go-To-Market (GTM) business strategy and related efforts with Google Cloud teams and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) partners.
