Offer DescriptionThe activity will be dedicated to the study and modeling of selected biological systems and the interaction between them and detection devices.

Artificial Intelligence techniques will be applied to develop the expected biological models and to analyze available data to predict the behavior of the phenomena studied.

The choice of models will be made with respect to the type of data available, including for example the following architectures: Graph Neural Networks, Long-Short-Term-Memories and Transformers, Convolutional Neural Networks, Physics Informed Neural Networks.
