Location: This position can be covered globallyThe OrganizationASC (Adoption Services Center) is the global consulting unit of SAP; it resides within the Customer Success & Delivery (CS&D) Board area, whose mission is to ensure that our customers adopt SAP innovation.

This translates into helping SAP deliver projects with the right methodology and tools, adhering to standards and principles that provide business value to our customers. What we are looking forAs part of this function, we are looking for experienced (senior/principal level) consultants with process expertise across at least one of the standard Signavio main processes (Source to Pay, Plan to Fulfill, Order to Cash, Acquire to Decommission) and a solid understanding of advising customers and setting up SAP projects with products/solutions/services that enable realizing such processes using SAP technology optimally.

Specifically, successful candidates must meet the following qualifications:Deep process-level knowledge and associated consulting expertiseKnowledge of more than one SAP solutions/products (expert in at least one)Ability to articulate the value proposition across SAP products/solutions supporting a given process including integration points; strong communication and influencing skillsAbility to solution, estimate, and lead the implementation of cross-products/solutions across standard 'mega' processesDemonstrable thought leadership on how more than one SAP solutions/products interoperate to provide support to key customer processesSolid BTP and Signavio understanding; deep expertise in either highly desiredDemonstrable ability to influence and collaborate amongst diverse teams across the organizationWhat you will doAs a successful candidate, you will join the team as a "business process consultant" under the appropriate seniority ("T") level.

You will engage:Approximately 60% in consulting activities:Supporting sales and consulting salesBid preparation support including solutioning and estimationsServices delivery activities depending on the nature of the engagements (advisory, realization etc)Approximately 40% in governance and thought leadership tasks:Finding, organizing, and producing assets related to your process and cross-solution expertiseAlign with PE (product engineering) on product features and feedbackDeveloping a community across solution areas where process knowledge and mindset will be promotedParticipate/lead key process-relevant initiatives within the CS&D Board AreaAdditional skills/informationProven personal track record as a valued SAP consultant with experience in complex projects with global scope/delivery structureStrategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align project and program objectives with overall business goalsStrong communication, summarization, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and adaptabilityStrong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skillsAbility to influence diverse stakeholders and take initiative in situations without direct formal authoritySolid understanding of Clear Core and RISE methodologiesProficiency in business process modeling toolsFluency in English both verbally and in writingWillingness to travel (share varies, but can at periods be 100%)University degree(s) in a relevant fieldBring out your bestSAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently.
